Winter Banner/Pennant # 3
This one has a white burlap base. I love burlap and have no idea why :)
I used gold trim and black chain on the edge, snowflakes and snow scattered around.
I cut out the letters for "joy", dotted them with gold paint and used Glossy Accents to give them a bit of dimension.
Plus a dried flower that looks like it misses summer :)

Your banners are GORGEOUS! You always put so much thought and detail into your lovely creations! I can't EVER decide which I like best! Oh, wait ... I KNOW! I like the ARTIST best!
